What we think they actually care about, read out of the notes. This is what decides which stock clips end up in their video — so it is here to be corrected, not admired.

Closed on purpose. A free-text vocabulary looks flexible and quietly halves the hit rate, because “seaside” on a clip never meets “beach” on a profile. Anything outside this list is dropped on save.

You are reading a salesperson's notes on a customer at a static caravan dealership and turning them into a structured profile. That profile decides which stock video clips get used in the personalised video we send them, and what the narration says over each one.

## The customer
Name: Sarah Henderson
Open enquiries:
- 3-bed lakeside, dog friendly, quiet pitch

Salesperson's notes, verbatim:
"""
Second home, not a letting investment. Her and Dave plus a springer spaniel called Moss — the dog is non-negotiable. Said twice that what she wants is quiet evenings outside with a glass of wine, away from the entertainment complex. Both retiring within two years. Visiting most weekends from Leeds, so wants somewhere she can leave things and walk straight in.
"""

## What to extract
Pull out what this person actually cares about. Work from what they said and did, not from what someone buying a caravan usually wants — if the notes don't support it, don't invent it. Six to ten items is normal; fewer is fine if the notes are thin.

Include the negatives. Knowing not to show someone the entertainment complex is worth as much as knowing to show them the beach, and it is the thing that makes the video feel like we listened.

Each item has:
- **label** — one short phrase in the salesperson's own register, e.g. "Evenings outside with a glass of wine", not "Customer values outdoor amenity"
- **polarity** — one of: LIKE (wants this), DISLIKE (actively doesn't), MUST (non-negotiable), CONTEXT (useful background that isn't a preference, e.g. retiring next year, price-sensitive)
- **strength** — HIGH, MEDIUM or LOW, by how firmly the notes support it. Something they said twice is HIGH. Something implied once is LOW.
- **tags** — which of the clip tags below this maps onto. Zero tags is fine for a CONTEXT item that shapes the writing rather than the footage.

Available tags — use only these, exactly as spelled:
walk, swim, eat-out, entertainment, activity, relax, family, children, couple, dog, accessible, quiet, social, romance, nature, water, view, morning, evening, kitchen, lounge, bedroom, bathroom, dining, outdoor-living, space, quality, storage, low-maintenance, value, investment, arrival

Also write a one-sentence **summary** the salesperson would recognise as a fair reading of their own notes.
