Being straight with you: the Vogue is a four-bed and it's £64,500, so it's over the budget we talked about. I'm sending it anyway because it's on pitch 11 — the biggest plot on the water, two along from the Willerby you liked — and I'd rather you saw it and said no than found out later it had gone.

Brand new for 2024, so nothing to do to it for years — worth weighing against the price
